well, it's pretty clear to me. Federal subsidies composed a 100% pyramid for 10 years, and the gov't recommends 26 servings of categories per any pyramid that uses the same color as subsidies appearing in the same graphic.
You didn't take the statistics, did you.
i wish i knew how to read charts.
